Our newest pathway is Senior Software Engineering (SSWE). Through our SSWE pathway, participants are prepared for roles at Microsoft and our partner companies within the tech industry. We provide structured learning modules designed by Microsoft subject matter experts, hands-on project-based training from Microsoft mentors, and a comprehensive review of Software Engineering fundamentals including coding skills.
Candidates should have prior software development experience. Having strong technical problem-solving skills and experience in people management are also important. Additionally, candidates must be able to embrace an agile team-based and collaborative work culture.
