In Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Microsoft Leap aims to meet the demands of our global customers and partners. As a leader in the technology industry Microsoft Leap is increasing opportunities for talented individuals who are passionate about technology.
Our newest pathway is Senior Software Engineering (SSWE). Through our SSWE pathway, participants are prepared for roles at Microsoft and our partner companies within the tech industry. We provide structured learning modules designed by Microsoft subject matter experts, hands-on project-based training from Microsoft mentors, and a comprehensive review of Software Engineering fundamentals including coding skills.
Candidates should have prior software development experience. Having strong technical problem-solving skills and experience in people management are also important. Additionally, candidates must be able to embrace an agile team-based and collaborative work culture.

Technical Support Engineers work across Microsoft cloud technologies, from Azure services to Office 365, to help customers solve cloud services issues they may face. They demonstrate customer obsession in their daily tasks by offering support in the form of technical remediations, raising and closing tickets and escalating issues to the next level, when an issue can’t be remediated.
