Completion of relevant training, for example:
- Graduated from a coding bootcamp, program management, or relevant training academy and have previous work experience in any field
- Self-taught demonstrating recent development projects or professional experience
- Degree from a community college in computer science, business, management, or related field
- Degree from a college/university in computer science, business, or related field with a previous career in tech, plus a 2+ year career break
- Basic understanding of business process planning, developing, launching, and managing a product or service
- Previous product or program management training
- Passion for technology and learning
- Teamwork and leadership in their community and previous employment
- Grit, resilience, and determination
Dublin, Ireland eligibility requirements

Completion of relevant training, for example:
- Obtainment of at least one Microsoft Certification at the fundamentals level in a related field OR
- Self-taught programmer demonstrating recent development projects or professional experience OR
- Level 6 Qualification in a computer science or related field OR
- Level 7+ Degree with a previous career in tech, plus a 2+ year career break
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaborative skills
- Currently authorized to work in Ireland for entire duration of the cohort. Immigration sponsorship will not be provided by the employer nor Microsoft
